Event planning can be stressful, so let us help you. Our team has ample experience in organizing events, which gives you the time to concentrate fully on the content of your event.
Our
experienced staff will be happy to suggest how to optimize the conference area for your event, what food will best suit all participants and how to organize accompanying activities (trips to Ljubljana and its surroundings, entertainment and adventures) and individual or group transport from/to the airport.
During
breaks, we will serve
refreshments and snacks in the conference room or lobby in front. If weather permits, refreshments can also be served on the
terrace. This way, the fresh air will invigorate the attendees while the green surroundings will prepare them for the next round of work or create the right atmosphere for networking or chatting at the close of a successful work day.
The terrace also hosts a
smoking area.
