Our commitment to accessibility

We wish to provide guests with disabilities a fully accessible experience of our property.

We are immensely proud to be the first in Ljubljana to receive the Gold Certificate for Accessibility. This recognition from the Premiki Institute will serve as a catalyst for our ongoing efforts to ensure unrestricted access and the most comfortable stay at our hotel for absolutely all of our guests.

City Hotel Ljubljana’s exterior and interior are designed to take into account the needs of people with disabilities. The entrance and ground floor lobby are easily accessible and open, without stairs or carpets.

Reception is equipped with magnifying glasses and more importantly, all our staff is trained to provide individual solutions in serving a guests with disabilities any difficultis in moving, hearing or seeing.

Elevators are large enough for wheelchairs, with wider doors. Where possible, the corridors have ramps instead of stairs. Restaurant and conference facilities are open and easily accessible on the ground floor, they include adapted toilets. There is also a parking space in the underground garage adjusted for people who use assistive technology.
